In the crowded sea of mortgage lenders and real estate companies, Pacific Southwest Lending and Realty wanted to stand out. Using bold colors, and minimalist iconic elements, New Media Solutions created a memorable identity for this brand new company.

F-D-S Manufacturing has come to recognize the power that design and consistant branding can have upon the marketability and sales of their products. Creating memorable logos has helped this family owned business differentiate itself from the competition.

The task for this logo was to set the tone for a new development of 54 luxury and semi-custom residences. Set in the foothills of the San Bernardino Mountains, these new homes feature an eclectic mixture of Spanish and Tuscan Country Architecture.

With a name of Prestige Real Estate Services, this new company had high expectations for the design of it's logo and the direction for it's image.
